Your catalog stays in your browser
The app reads CSV contents in browser memory and compares them on your device. It does not upload your CSV files, report contents or store credentials. Clearing files or refreshing removes the comparison from the page. Reports and restored product CSV copies you download remain on your device. Selected restoration runs in your browser and creates a separate file; it does not overwrite your original files or change a Shopify store.
Settings on your device
Your selected interface language is stored in this browser. If you choose to save a workflow, its name, review goal, import mode, price threshold, optional percentage conditions, protected fields and target product handles are stored in local browser storage. CSV contents, reports and review decisions are not included. Remove saved workflows from comparison settings, or clear this site’s browser data. These settings are not synchronized between devices.
Optional account and feedback
If you sign in with ChatGPT, the hosting platform provides your per-site user ID and email address. Creating a profile stores that ID, your email, display name, creation time, chosen plan interest and optional launch-notification preference. Feedback stores your message, category and time, linked to your profile. Do not include confidential catalog information or customer data in feedback.
These records are stored in the hosting platform’s database. They are used to operate your profile, review feedback and understand interest in future features. The site operator can view profile totals, plan-interest totals and feedback with display names. Feedback is not displayed to other visitors.
Optional usage measurement
Usage measurement is off unless you choose Allow measurement in the comparison page settings. With permission, this site stores a random browser identifier for up to 100 days and sends fixed event names (comparison completion, rechecks, file-limit rejections and technical failures), a coarse stage and a random event identifier. The server stores a hash of the browser identifier and its receipt time. This is pseudonymous, not fully anonymous. No file contents, filenames, reports, raw error messages or error-message hashes are sent. Network requests necessarily reach our hosting provider, which may process ordinary request metadata under its policies.
Measurement is used to assess repeat use and technical problems, not advertising. Declining does not limit the tool. Choose Do not allow to stop collection and request deletion of this identifier’s server events. If the request fails, a deletion-only token stays locally so it can be retried; the page will not claim deletion succeeded. A hashed withdrawal marker is retained to reject delayed events for the retired identifier. Clearing browser storage yourself may prevent us from linking a later deletion request to previous events.
Events older than 100 days are excluded from analysis and purged on subsequent accepted usage requests; storage may last longer if there are no requests. Withdrawn events are deleted immediately upon successful processing. Measurement does not identify unique people or stores and misses people who decline, block requests or change devices. No third-party analytics script is loaded.
Your choices
Comparing files does not require an account. You can change your plan interest and turn off launch-email permission in your profile. No marketing email is sent automatically in this beta. You can delete your profile and its feedback using the account section. This removes the app’s active records, but does not delete your ChatGPT account, files you downloaded or independent platform logs and backups.
Hosting and browser features
Hosting and authentication providers may process ordinary request logs and authentication cookies under their own policies. This app adds no advertising trackers and does not sell profile or feedback data. We retain profile and feedback records while your profile exists; future changes to this notice will be published here.
